Refund and Return Policy – Elula Living (Pty) Ltd

1. Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)
Customers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery for online purchases, provided that:

The product is in resalable condition
Return shipping costs during the cooling-off period are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Faulty or Defective Products
If a product is defective, damaged, or not of acceptable quality:

You may return the product within 6 months of delivery

Refund

Elula Living will cover reasonable return shipping costs for valid defective items.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Products may not be returned if:

They have been used, soiled, or damaged after delivery

They are not in original packaging

The return is requested outside the applicable timeframes
4. Change of Mind (After 7 Days)
Returns requested after the 7-day cooling-off period are not guaranteed and are subject to management discretion.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers may be required to cover additional delivery costs where applicable.
